For damaged or defective items: Since our products ship directly from manufacturers, we offer flexible resolution options to avoid shipping delays:

  • Replacement item sent directly from our manufacturer for significant defects
  • Full refund for items that are completely non-functional

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
